Step 1 — Acquisition

A private acquisition advisory firm led by Yohai, the brother of our founder, Hadar Real Estate supports French-speaking and international investors across Israel: property sourcing, market analysis, negotiation and securing the purchase.
Group purchases (5 to 10 investors) and bespoke advisory to access off-market opportunities on optimised terms.
Step 2 — Value creation
Once the property is acquired, we take over: interior design and furnishing, professional photo shoot, listing optimised with our UX/UI expertise, dynamic pricing and full rental management on Airbnb and Booking. You collect the income, we handle everything else.
UCY Stays is not involved in the property transaction itself — search, negotiation and purchase deed are handled by independent professionals, such as our partner Hadar Real Estate. Our support relates exclusively to the fit-out, concierge and rental management of the property after its acquisition.
The acquisition partner
Before a property can be managed, it has to be bought at the right price. That is what Hadar Real Estate does — the agency run by my brother: sourcing, viewings, negotiation, and support all the way to the handover. Once the property is yours, UCY Stays takes over for the fit-out and the rental.
