Accessibility statement

Our commitment

UCY Stays wants its website to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to bring it in line with the Israeli standard IS 5568, based on the international WCAG 2.0 level AA guidelines.

Conformance level

The website is partially conformant. An audit carried out on 15 September 2026 identified issues to fix, and that work is under way.

What is already in place

  • Keyboard navigation, with a visible marker on the active element.
  • Language and reading direction declared on every page (French, English, right-to-left Hebrew).
  • Text alternatives on images; decorative images are ignored by screen readers.
  • Looping animations stop if you have asked your device to reduce motion.
  • Form fields come with labels that screen readers can read.

Known limitations

  • Text contrast was reviewed on 15 September 2026; if any text still seems hard to read, please let us know.
  • The property video in the long-term rental catalogue has no pause button (it stops when off screen and if you have asked to reduce motion); the background videos on the other pages have one.
  • Some third-party content is outside our control: Calendly booking, the property map, links to Airbnb and Booking.com.

Report a problem

If any part of the website is difficult for you to use, write to us: we will reply and provide the information in another format if needed.
