We do. Our team coordinates every turnover: housekeeping, laundry, restocking of consumables and a full check of the apartment before the next arrival. Technical work goes through our regular contractors. You have no one to call and no schedule to keep.

Every stay is documented with a photographic condition report on arrival and departure: any damage is identified quickly, with evidence. Booking platforms also operate their own protection schemes, which we activate on your behalf where applicable. What actually covers your property depends on your insurance policy — we go through that together before we start.

You receive a clear monthly report: bookings, occupancy rate, income received and expenses incurred. Nothing is left in the dark. Between reports, you reach us directly for the current state of the calendar.
